Monday to Friday - 9AM to 11AM and 3.30PM to 5PM
Saturday – Drop off and Pick up times 8 to 10am and 4 to 6pm Outside these times can be arranged by appointment.
Sunday – from 8am to 10am, afternoon by appointment.
Drop in without appointment is not available. New visitors please allow time for your pet to settle in, and feel comfortable with their new surroundings.

Terms and Coniditions of Booking

The full booked period is charged with no refunds for early returns. no credit cards or eftpos facilities. payment can be made with cash/cheque. cheques must be cleared prior to check in or Direct Debit. NAB BSB 082868 A/C 187603978 please advise payment has been made, by phone or email, include surname and dogs name. On check in bring bank receipt for confirmation.

All dogs visiting Safe Secure Boarding must be vaccinated with C5 at least 2 weeks prior to boarding and the owner must present a veterinary certificate to SSB. I agree that if fleas or parasites are found on my dog, the owners of SSB are authorized to apply flea treatment and charge me accordingly and I agree that such a charge will be payable on my dog’s departure date. I agree that SSB shall not be hold responsible for any injury, illness, death or parasites that may occur to my dog during its stay. In the event that my dog requires veterinary attention while boarding at SSB, I agree to meet all veterinary cost incurred.

SSB will make every attempt to contact my nominated veterinarian if my nominated veterinarian is unavailable I authorize SSB to seek veterinarian assistance elsewhere, or the emergency on-call, in extreme necessity. I give permission for the veterinarian to treat my dog and I will fully reimburse the cost to SSB before the dog is released from SSB or veterinarian care.

We always attempt to contact the owner in the event of the animal not being collected within 14 days of the departure date. However if the owner cannot be contacted the animal can be sold or re-homed at SSB discretion.

Proof of current C5 vaccination required at check in. All pets must be flea & worm treated. This also applies for Doggie day care visitors.

The Owner agrees that their dog shall not leave SSB until all fees owing have been paid in full.
