Proof of current C5 vaccination required at check in. If your not sure if your pet has a C5, please check with your vet prior to check in.
All pets must be flea and wormed treated.
Full payment to be paid at check in for entire stay per calendar days. The full booked period is charged with no refunds for early returns. No credit card or eftpos facilities. Payment can be made with cash/cheque. Cheques must be cleared prior to check in or Direct Debit. NAB BSB 082868 A/C 187603978 please advise payment has been made, by phone or email, include surname and dogs name. On check in bring bank receipt for confirmation.
